Sprint brief
Before you can assess an agent's decisions against your business standards, those standards need to be clear, and someone must own them. Pick an agent workflow. We map the decision trajectories within it: how the agent decides today; the two to four teams involved then agree who owns each decision, what it must weigh and when people step in, and endorse it as one shared Agent Decision Blueprint: an organization-owned reference trajectory that past agent decisions are then compared against.
The decision trajectory
From workflow to decision trajectory.
The workflow tells you what the agent does. The decision trajectory shows how it arrives at a decision. The Blueprint holds the trajectory your organization expects, so the two can be compared.
Same workflow, every check green. The agent’s decision trajectory skips what your organization’s judgment requires, shown in violet: the consideration your experienced people apply and nobody wrote down. The agent never reads the Blueprint; Steward compares the two trajectories and flags the gap before payout. The owner decides.

What you leave with
How your agent decides today, what your existing controls cover, from AI policy and AI register to RACI and monitoring, and what they miss.
Not a workflow: the decision trajectory your organization expects, made explicit. Conflicting criteria resolved, a named owner for each decision, and the points where people step in. Endorsed by every team involved.
Past agent decisions tested against the agreed criteria: which would have been flagged or sent to an owner.
Your teams update the criteria, re-endorse the Blueprint and apply the method to the next workflow, without MeaningStack.
